GPTBots has officially launched as one of Zapier's applications. Visit GPTBots Integration to learn more.

Use GPTBots Action

In Zap, you can insert a GPTBots workflow as an Action to complete the Zap's task flow.

In the Add Action panel, navigate to GPTBots and add it as an Action.

For Action Event, select Run Workflow, then click Select below to choose an account.

If you don't have an account currently, you can create a new one via Connect a new account.

On the account creation page, fill in the API Key for the GPTBots workflow and select the correct data center.

The page will automatically return to the Zap editing interface, where you will see that the account has been successfully created. The account name will be in the format workflow - ${workflow_name}.

Then go to the next step.

In the Configure step, fill in User ID and Input. Input should be in JSON format, containing the parameters configured in the Start node of your workflow. Please fill it in as needed.

Then go to the next step.

In the Test step, click Test Step to perform a test on this Action. If the test passes, you can see the workflow's return results in Data Out.

Finally, click Publish to complete the configuration of this Action. At this point, the GPTBots workflow is officially added as a Zap Action.

Use Webhooks Custom Request

GPTBots workflows can also be executed via the Webhooks component.

When adding an Action, find the Webhooks component.

Select Custom Request in Action Event.

On the configuration page, fill in the necessary information according to the workflow's API request format.

Test it to confirm the workflow returns results normally, then Publish.
