Space Management Overview
Overview
Space Management is the workbench for workspace administrators, providing organization-level configuration, monitoring, and governance capabilities. Only users with the corresponding permissions (owner, administrator, or specific roles) can access it.
Interface Layout
Left Navigation (Fixed Width)
From top to bottom, it contains:
- Workspace Identity: Logo + workspace name (e.g.,
D DEMO) - Main Navigation Menu: 7 management modules (icon + text)
- Workspace Entry: Expands a submenu to return to the main workspace
- Plan Card: Current subscription plan + credit balance + expiration date
- Language Selector: Switch between 8 languages
- Current User: Avatar + username
Right Content Area
The management panel corresponding to the selected menu, with a minimum width of 1000px (suitable for table display).

Plan Card
The bottom of the left navigation displays the current workspace's plan information:

| Credit Balance | 💲 icon + remaining credits (e.g., 4998.1892) |
| Expiration Date | 📅 icon + plan expiration time |
Different plans use different gradient background colors.
Permission System
Access to Space Management is based on role permissions:

| Owner | All management permissions |
| Admin | Most management permissions (cannot delete the workspace) |
| Member | Fine-grained permissions assigned by role |

Multilingual Support
Space Management supports 8 languages:
Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Spanish, Thai, German, French
Switch via the language selector at the bottom of the left navigation. Language changes take effect immediately without a refresh.
