As Aurora Mobile accelerates its global strategy, our business landscape has expanded to include a diverse product matrix featuring EngageLab (an AI-powered customer lifecycle engagement platform) and GPTBots.ai (an enterprise-grade AI Agent building platform).
To present a unified corporate identity to our global clients and deliver a standardized business service experience, we are implementing a systematic upgrade to our external business communication emails effective March 9, 2026.
Below, we provide detailed information regarding this adjustment and the rationale behind it.
1. Core Change: Unifying Business Communications under the Group Brand
Effective March 9, 2026, all individual Named Email Addresses for EngageLab and GPTBots.ai staff will officially migrate to the Aurora Mobile group domain: @aurora-mobile.com.

As a publicly listed group, Aurora Mobile serves as the solid foundation for EngageLab and GPTBots.ai. Adopting the unified @aurora-mobile.com domain conveys a clearer sense of brand identity in global business interactions, demonstrating our comprehensive strength and credibility as a group enterprise.
Service Standardization:
Whether you are discussing EngageLab's email delivery services with our sales team or exploring GPTBots.ai's AI solutions with an account manager, the unified email suffix signifies our commitment to providing consistent, compliant, and efficient business services at the group level.
2. Important Note: Why Role-Based Email Addresses Remain Unchanged
You may notice that while our Named Email Address system is being upgraded, we are retaining the original domains for all Role-Based Email Addresses.
This is intentional and designed to ensure Precision in System Routing and Service Continuity. The following addresses will NOT change:

- Precision in System Routing: Role-Based Email Addresses like security@ or developer@ connect to independent ticketing systems and R&D response centers. Retaining product-specific domains ensures your tickets are automatically routed to the dedicated product team without delay.
- Specialized Expertise: EngageLab focuses on communication channels, while GPTBots.ai specializes in AI Agents. Keeping separate Role-Based Email Addresses allows our experts to quickly identify the problem domain.
3. Recommended Actions
To ensure smooth communication and prevent any missed information, we suggest completing the following by March 9, 2026:
- Update Contact Information: Please check your address book and update the email addresses of your account managers, sales representatives, or business contacts to the new @aurora-mobile.com format.
- Whitelist the New Domain: We recommend that your IT department or email administrator add @aurora-mobile.com to your organization’s email whitelist to prevent contracts, invoices, or important notifications from being mistakenly flagged as spam.
