Workflow

Workflows are created and published by organizations within the workspace. Organization members can use these workflows through a visual interface to enhance work efficiency and address business needs.

Publishing and Review

  1. After building and publishing a workflow in the development environment, navigate to the "Workflow - Integration" page and select Publish to Workspace to integrate the workflow into the workspace.

  2. Enterprise administrators can access the workspace, click on Space Management - Review & Publish to view all reviewed and pending Agents and Workflows. Click the Review button to approve and allow organization members to use the workflow.

Usage and Management

  1. In the workspace, click Workflow to view all available workflows.

  2. Click on the desired workflow and follow the form prompts to use the workflow.

  3. Click the History button in the upper right corner to view past execution records. You can delete history records. The maximum retention period depends on the log storage duration specified in your organization's entitlements.
